Potted Ferocactus Gracilis

The Fire Barrel cactus, as this variety is commonly called, definitely lives up to that name. In the spring and fall, bright flowers either orange or red burst from the top, so delicate compared to the sharp red spines. Potted in an earthy, malachite Egg planter, the colors of this cactus really pop.
